Established in 1972, G&R Manufacturing began operations primarily as a metal stamping house in Seymour, CT. Rapidly outgrowing that facility, we moved in 1978 to its present location in the Naugatuck Industrial Park. The organization continued to grow and prosper adding multiple secondary and assembly operations to its capabilities. The management team at G&R continues to build on a solid foundation of quality products and on-time deliveries.
The company has transformed into a full service “turn key” manufacturing facility. From prototype to production, G&R Manufacturing can supply basic stampings to intricate multi-component assemblies all with the service and quality you expect from a world class manufacturing company.

Welcome to our company’s website! I am proud to introduce G&R Manufacturing, a family-owned business that has been a cornerstone in the metal stamping industry since 1973. With over five decades of experience, our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has only grown stronger. Our presses range in size from robust 200-ton machines to high-speed 15-ton Minsters, allowing us to handle a diverse array of projects. In addition to our extensive stamping capabilities, we offer top-notch resistance welding, countersinking, tapping and detailed assembly services, ensuring comprehensive solutions for our clients.
We take great pride in being ISO 9001 and ITAR certified, underscoring our dedication to quality and compliance. Our clients span from Fortune 500 firms to small, 1 or 2 person companies, and we treat each one with the same level of respect and dedication. One of our core strengths lies in our ability to design and build tooling, thanks to our experienced team of toolmakers. I am a hands-on owner, deeply involved in the daily operations of our factory. This direct engagement ensures that our high standards are maintained and that every project receives the attention it deserves. When you work with G&R Manufacturing, you will most likely be dealing with either myself or our General Manager, Chris Branca with over 35 years in manufacturing. This direct line of communication helps us provide quick, effective solutions and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
The hard work and meticulous attention to detail provided by our staff is reflected in our impressive performance metrics and customer satisfaction surveys. Over the last 5-6 years we have consistently achieved above 98% on-time delivery rate and again our customer satisfaction surveys have remained excellent throughout, a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
