Our facility is equipped with several multi-station Waterbury transfer presses with production speeds up to 10,000 pieces per hour and various press strokes for diverse applications. With this combination of capacity and features, we can accommodate custom die sets. This allows us to manufacture high volume and medium to short run jobs with perforated metal, thin-wall, and other intricate materials.

We have the capacity to stamp parts from a wide range of material, with thickness ranges from .005″ to .075″, depending on the type of material and the nature of the part produced. Quality is maintained through the incorporation of quality inspection systems such as camera vision systems, CMM, in-process and post process quality control inspection procedures.
